Facilitator Biography

Ehsan Nikjoo is currently a Global Product Line Specialist at Weatherford, focusing on mature assets rejuvenation through surveillance systems. Prior to this, he was a Global Technical Advisor at Expro, where he contributed to various cased hole logging applications, including Distributed Fiber Optic Sensing (DFOS). Ehsan also worked at RESMAN Energy Technology in the UK and Norway, holding global roles such as Senior Reservoir Engineer and R&D Project Manager. Additionally, he served as a Senior Reservoir Engineer for a National Oil Company in Iran.

Ehsan holds a PhD in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, with a focus on intelligent well modeling and reservoir monitoring. He has authored over 20 technical papers.
