In the recent edition of the GESGB Magazine commemorating the Diamond Anniversary, an error was made regarding the history of the PESGB logo. The article mistakenly stated that the logo remained unchanged until 1999, when it was redesigned. We sincerely apologize for this oversight and are grateful to readers who brought it to our attention.

To clarify: the PESGB logo competition was announced in 1995, offering a prize of £250. Julie Mitchell of IKODA Ltd. won the competition, with the announcement appearing in the November 1995 issue. Julie received confirmation of her winning design in October 1995, along with materials showcasing the new logo’s implementation.

We apologize to Julie Mitchell for this oversight and thank her for her outstanding contribution to GESGB’s history. Thank you for your understanding as we make this correction.
