Speaker Biography
Claire Imrie – Senior Geoscientist, Storegga
Clair’s early career was based at Imperial College London doing post doc in Environmental Engineering. She worked on a very wide range of topics, including CCS – which helped her get a job with Senergy in 2011 when she left London and came back to Scotland. She didn’t realise she was a geologist until she got a job offer! She spent around 9 years at Senergy (which became part of Lloyd’s Register) working on both CCS and O&G projects. She was very lucky to be taken on by Storegga 2 years ago to work on the Acorn project.
