Abstract

CCUS is an important component in decarbonisation and several business models exist – some are more advanced than others . CCS can be part of a  licence to operate – particularly for point high emitters and new models are in existence based on CCS clusters. But CCS is dependent on government regulation and dependent on society acceptance Some countries more committed than to CCS than others. It is a high capex – low margin business – need for iron discipline in project planning execution and operation
