We cannot wait to see you at PETEX 2021, which this year will be hosted at the historic Business Design Centre in London! As the largest event in the PESGB calendar, this conference offers a bustling space for technical discussions, knowledge sharing, and connecting with friends both old and new!
This year’s conference programme will touch on current and extremely important topics, including energy transition, digitalisation, exploration, petroleum economics, conversations on learnt lessons and much more. PETEX 2021 will also be our first ever hybrid conference, making it more inclusive to a wider audience.

Emmanuelle Garinet – TOTAL
Emmanuelle is Vice President Strategy, Planning, Portfolio & Performance in Exploration for TOTAL Paris, France. Mrs. Garinet has 24 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, mostly in the Exploration domain. DAY 1

Phil Kirk – Harbour Energy
Phil is currently President and CEO Europe of Harbour Energy plc one of the leading European independent oil and gas companies and the largest net producer in the UK. Phil was previously CEO and founder of the Chrysaor Group. He is a Chartered Accountant, Fellow of the Energy Institute and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. DAY 1

Sophie Zurquiyah – CGG
Sophie Zurquiyah is CEO of CGG. She has over 29 years of experience in the oilfield services industry successfully leading large global organizations delivering high-end products and services, ranging from subsurface technical services, to integrated solutions, to clients worldwide in the oil & gas industry.

Christopher Jackson – University of Manchester
Professor Christopher Jackson is Chair in Sustainable Geoscience at the University of Manchester, where he continues to work on a range of problems related to basin structure and evolution. Chris gives geoscience lectures to the general public and in schools, having appeared on several, Earth Science-focused, television productions and podcasts. He is actively engaged in efforts to improve equality, diversity, and inclusivity in Earth Science in particular, and Higher Education in general.
