PESGB Annual General Meeting 2022 (Online)

This year’s PESGB Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Tuesday 22 November, 18:00-19:30. You will have the opportunity to hear about the 2021 accounts, as well as the results of the name change vote. The accounts are available on the PESGB website, and the Council will be happy to take questions on these at the AGM.

In addition, you will be asked to vote on the appointment of new accountants for the PESGB Charity and PESGB Conferences. The PESGB Council are proposing that Ledgers take over the work of the day-to-day accountant and then they will subcontract to Johnsons Financial to create the consolidated accounts that are required annually.

The Council will not be requiring an audit for the 2022 accounts, it is proposed that this remains the case, until the income goes over the £1,000,000 threshold as per the charity guidance from the Charity Commission.
